Preview of GEM Webinar Series: 2nd Event

The GEM Webinar Series (2nd Event) is scheduled for 9:00-10:30 am (GMT) on 22 January 2026. We are very happy to invite Prof. Amanda Reichelt-Brushett and Dr. Caroline Marie B. Jaraula to share their research with us. Please find more details below.



We also welcome your engagement in the following academic contributions. The presentation topics can cover any content related to estuarine research and UN Sustainable Development Goals 14 and 17, including, but not limited to:


  1. Chemical pollution in estuarine and marine environments (e.g., contaminants of emerging concern, persistent organic pollutants, microplastics)

  2. Ecological toxicology and biogeochemical studies in estuarine and marine environments

  3. Global initiatives and policies addressing estuarine and marine pollution

  4. Leveraging artificial intelligence or modeling to assess estuarine environmental conditions and guide policy decisions.
